The house


We have worked hard to create a spacious, contemporary and welcoming space from which to enjoy the beauty of the Llyn peninsula. We hope we have covered all the basics and added some little extras to enhance your stay:

Living area

  • Large living room with plenty of sofa seating, gate legged table, board games, record player (and eclectic collection of vinyl), DVD player, wide range of DVDs, DAB radio/CD player, Alexa with unlimited music account, SmartTV with Netflix, Amazon Video and Freesat box

  • On the first floor landing is an extra seating area with copious books, local walking guides, miniature snooker/football table, rubick's cube, playing cards - plenty to keep young and old occupied on a rainy day!



  • Fully equipped galley kitchen (two steps up from lounge) with table and comfortable seating for 4, large microwave, oven/hob, Nespresso compatible coffee machine, fridge-freezer (with bag of ice), dishwasher and washing machine

  • Condiments including cooking oils, salt & pepper, vinegar, red and brown sauces, along with tinfoil, cling-film, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent, basic cleaning products and bin bags

  • Molten brown handwash

  • Iron, ironing board, drying rack and Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner

  • We provide a welcome pack consisting of tea bags, coffee pods, instant coffee, sugar and a few local goodies to keep you going on arrival

  • Tea towels provided



  • Two bedrooms over the first and second floors - a kingsize bed on the first floor and a zip and link bed (ziplink bed can used as 2 singles/ 2.5 foot wide, more suitable for children) on the second. Gorgeous view from top window over the surrounding hills

  • Hairdryers provided

  • Alexas with unlimited music account in both bedrooms

  • Bedding supplied; 100% cotton

  • Two free-standing fans (just in case!)



  • Spacious shower room on ground floor, just off the kitchen (toilet roll provided)

  • 'Cloakroom' toilet on first floor

  • Towels and bathmat provided - please bring your own beach towels

  • Molten brown handwash


Outdoor space

  • Small courtyard with table + chairs, parasol and BBQ (with utensils, charcoal and starters supplied in outdoor storage box)

  • Outdoor tap with hose (handy for sandy dogs or muddy walking boots)

  • Wall anchor for padlocking bikes

  • On road parking

  • For those essential beach trips we've got it all covered - all the picnic equipment you may need, buckets and spades for the children, fishing rods, 4 x folding chairs, picnic kit, footballs, pop up goal and pop up shelter


Travelling with little ones

  • We have a travel cot (please provide your own bedding), bed side guards, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, toilet seat insert + step, plastic plates, cups, utensils and baby gates for use on all levels

  • Bucket and spades, board games, children's toys and lots to keep your little ones happy come rain or shine


Four-legged friends

  • We welcome well behaved dogs - ground floor only and not on furniture please (baby gate provided for lower stairs and kitchen/living room)

  • There are fabulous walks on the doorstep and Trefor beach is dog friendly all year round.

Trefor amenities

  • Local store across the road (good selection of brands at fair prices)

  • Village pub a 5 min walk away

  • Post office a 2 min walk

  • Playpark

  • Beach and the coastal path 10 min walk away

  • On the local bus route to Pwllheli (20 min) and Caernaerfon (30 min); bust stop across the road from the house
